Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Confirmation

By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the item upon its release. Pre-orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

Pre-order items will be clearly marked with an estimated release date on the product page.

Pricing

Pre-order pricing may include discounts and is only valid during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period ends, standard pricing applies.

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates or distributor pricing. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to order processing.

Availability

Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to allocate sufficient stock to meet pre-order demand but cannot guarantee availability due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping

Pre-order items will be shipped on or shortly after the release date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel pre-orders up to 7 days before the estimated release date in return for store credit. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for further details.

Return Policy

Eligibility
-
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging.

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@pokenexusza.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approved returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Excludes pre-orders).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and keep all packaging for inspection.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders may be canceled 48 hours after order has been placed and provided that it has not been dispatched. Contact our customer service team with your order number to request cancellation.

Pre-orders can be canceled up to 7 days before the estimated release date.

Fees and Refunds

A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value may apply to cover administrative costs.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method (Excludes pre-orders).

Store-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
